Note on the form checkbox: checking the box serves as acknowledgment of having read the policy. Separate consent for processing is not required to respond to the request, as the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b).
4. Methods of processing
Data is processed using appropriate technical and organizational measures, exclusively by authorized personnel or by suppliers appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (e.g., hosting/maintenance providers).
5. Retention time
- Contact form data: for the time necessary to respond and, in any case, no longer than 12 months, barring legal defense needs or legal obligations.
- Technical server logs: up to 30 days (except for security/investigation purposes).
6. Data recipients
Parties providing technical/IT services, hosting, and site maintenance (located in the EU), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28. The updated list may be requested from the Owner.
7. Extra-EU data transfers
No transfers of Personal Data are made to non-EU countries or international organizations.
8. The rights of Users
The User may exercise the rights provided in Art. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to casseforme@cscpontex.com.
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
